    This company should not be in existence. They are ignorant, errogant and refuse to try to make the customer happy. I had an ongoing issue with their flimsy styrofoam pad they use for the outdoor compressor. The unit kept shifting out of spec. I insisted they use a concrete pad. This is the owner of the company mind you. He absolutely refused to install it.
