    Price of rent has gone up every year since we been here (going on 3 years now). We haven't had any updated appliances or carpet cleaned. The foundation is slowly sinking and causing cracks in the walls. Also some renters have had issues with past Maintenance personnel with theft of personal property. We miss our old Property Manager. Besides that it's an ok place to live.
